 The cornerstone of the C5 program is the summer camp experience. Each teen selected for the program spends 4 weeks at our residential camp near Hyattville, Wyoming during their first two summers and for most of our young people, this is a mountaintop encounter that makes a dramatic impact on how they see themselves and their future.
The summer camp experience at C5 provides an enriching experience for campers and staff! Working at a C5 summer camp is an unforgettable way to spend the summer. Not only will you play an essential role in developing the leadership skills of our young people, but you’ll gain valuable experience, too. You’ll be part of a winning team of spirited college students and recent graduates who are enthusiastic, committed, and dedicated to building a better future.
 The work is challenging and fun. In the fall when someone asks, “What did you do all summer?” you’ll smile as you remember swimming, climbing, hiking, dancing, paddling, teaching, and making a difference in the lives of young teens.
Leading the teens at a C5 summer camp isn’t an easy job, but it is an important one. We are looking for dedicated, high-caliber leaders to teach and inspire young people to reach for their best.
